BTI Names Dechert to its Client Service 30

BTI Consulting Group has named Dechert LLP as a leading law firm in client service for consistently delivering superior levels of service. The BTI Client Service A-Team 2018 report recognizes client service excellence in the corporate law firm market and highlights the top 30 firms through the BTI Client Service 30. Dechert is ranked number eight this year, a big move up from number 19 in the BTI Client Service A-Team 2017 report.

According to the report, these 30 firms perform nine times better at client service than other firms by utilizing client-facing programs that foster and maintain strong relationships on an ongoing basis.

The rankings are the end result of in-depth interviews with 350 top legal decision makers at the world’s leading organizations on 17 areas that have been identified as the building blocks of superior relationships with clients, including demonstrating business understanding and providing more value per dollar.
