Dechert Advises Getaroom on its $1.2B Sale to Booking Holdings

Dechert is advising Getaroom, a Court Square Capital portfolio company, in its $1.2 billion sale to Booking Holdings Inc., a leading provider of online travel and related services. Getaroom is a technology-first, B2B-focused distributor of hotel rooms.

Completion of the acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approval. At closing, U.S.-based Getaroom will roll into Booking Holdings’ Priceline brand.
