Employment Appeal Tribunal: Fixed-Share Partner Was Not an Employee

The UK Employment Appeal Tribunal (EAT) has recently addressed the issue of whether a fixed-share member of a partnership can argue that he or she is an employee in terms of legal status, and therefore entitled, amongst other things, to claim unfair dismissal.
