Handbook of Model Civil Jury Instructions in Civil Antitrust Cases
January 01, 2005
This handbook for practicing lawyers and judges contains model jury instructions for all of the more significant causes of action, defenses, and other issues that have particular application to civil antitrust litigation and involve issues likely to be considered for jury resolution. Although based upon the ABA Antitrust Section's Sample Jury Instructions (last updated in 1999), these instructions have been reviewed and rewritten where necessary in order to reflect the law as established by the Supreme Court and the Courts of Appeal. The volume does not include standard instructions that the court would use in any civil jury case.
