Eric Brunstad, Jr. argued in the Supreme Court on behalf of the respondent in this case, which considered whether a trustee who fails to object to a debtor’s claimed exemption during the statutory period may nonetheless deny the debtor the benefit of her exempt property by claiming that the debtor improperly valued the exemption in her bankruptcy filing.
