Panorama de jurisprudencia francesa (por el Capítulo francés)

June 01, 2009

“In its second issue, the Panorama of French Jurisprudence features the most remarkable decisions rendered in 2008 and 2009 by the French Cour de Cassation and Cour d’Appel de Paris in the field of arbitration.

This time, the panorama starts with two decisions of the Cour d’Appel de Paris in the Joseph Abela Family affair. These decisions give the opportunity to compare the different approaches taken by the French jurisdictions towards the review of arbitral awards, depending on the grounds invoked to challenge the award.”
