The Dawning of Systemic Regulation  

The Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Financial Protection Act (Dodd- Frank) has created, for the first time in U.S. financial services regulation, a constellation of federal regulators that will attempt to monitor the economy from an overall systemic point of view.
