Linda Ann Bartosch is an associate in Dechert’s global finance practice. Her experience with commercial real estate finance and investment includes the origination, acquisition and disposition of mortgage and mezzanine loans, construction loans, equity investment and joint venture formation. In addition, Ms. Bartosch has experience in post-closing loan modifications and restructurings, workouts, repurchase and warehouse facilities and preferred equity transactions. She advises clients on large-ticket equipment leasing and finance matters as well as on the development and financing of commercial real estate and energy projects. Ms. Bartosch also represents parties in whole loan residential mortgage and residential mortgage servicing rights transactions, as well as the origination of loans secured by single family rental properties.
