Alasdair Austin advises on the structuring, establishment, management, marketing and restructuring of investment funds, including hedge funds, credit funds and private equity funds. Mr. Austin has experience advising funds domiciled in a range of onshore and offshore jurisdictions for UK, U.S., Middle Eastern and European asset managers. Mr. Austin also has experience advising GP-led secondary sales. Mr. Austin trained at Dechert.
