Jalpit Amin* focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital transactions and general corporate representation. He has significant experience representing a variety of clients across a broad range of industries in complex multi-jurisdictional transactions. 

Mr. Amin frequently represents private equity funds and their portfolio companies in acquisitions, recapitalizations and exit transactions. In addition, he advises investors in connection with their investments in private equity, venture capital and hedge funds.  

Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Amin practiced at other international law firms in Singapore and Chicago.
