Yasmin Abusaif focuses her practice on finance and real estate matters. Ms. Abusaif is also involved in voting rights and human rights pro bono matters.

Prior to Dechert, Ms. Abusaif carried out an internship with the Los Angeles County Public Defender’s Office. Ms. Abusaif also externed at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania under Judge Cynthia Rufe.

    • Human rights law ­– Worked with the National Women’s Law Center to put together a compilation of state human rights laws.
    • Voting rights ­– Worked on a voting rights research project for LatinoJustice; worked with Civic Nation Action to provide election protection advice to Michigan residents.
