Anastasia Bodea Crisan

Anastasia Bodea Crisan focuses her practice on financial services and investment management matters. She advises U.S.-registered investment companies, including mutual funds and business development companies, as well as investment advisers on various regulatory, compliance and business matters.

Ms. Bodea Crisan also assists clients with developing and launching new funds and requests for exemptive relief from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Prior to joining Dechert, she was an associate at another international law firm.
