
Casey Braden is an associate in Dechert’s finance and real estate group and a member of the Massachusetts state bar.
Mr. Braden focuses his practice on commercial real estate finance and securitization matters. He serves lenders in large loan origination matters and on behalf of clients to facilitate commercial mortgage-backed securitizations and commercial real estate collateralized loan obligations.
Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Braden served as a judicial extern for the Court of Federal Claims in the District of Columbia, and for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.
