Christopher Burrichter focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation matters. He has extensive experience drafting motions, jury instructions, both direct and cross-examination outlines, and analyzing complex issues relating to auditing standards and mortgage-backed securities for financial services companies and multinational corporations.

Mr. Burrichter’s experience includes representing Fortune 500 corporations and other international corporations in litigation involving auditing malpractice, mortgage backed securities, labor and employment disputes, breach of contract, product liability, and government investigations. Mr. Burrichter has taken depositions, drafted dispositive motions, negotiated settlements, and assisted in all aspects of trial preparation for a multibillion-dollar malpractice lawsuit.

Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Burrichter was an associate at an international law firm. He also served as a Fellow for the Public Interest Law Institute. He also externed for both the Honorable Richard Cudahy on the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and the Honorable Susan Sonderby on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois Bankruptcy Court.
