Edward Brown is a banking and finance lawyer with a broad range of finance experience and a particular background and focus in funds, debt capital markets, financial services regulation and listing advice and compliance.

Mr. Brown advises financial institutions on: investment fund establishment and compliance, including UAE, DIFC and ADGM domiciled funds and cross-jurisdictional fund structures; banking and financial services regulation, compliance and set-ups; domestic and international debt capital markets programmes including MTNs, commercial paper and credit-wrapped issues; and public and non-public debt securities offerings and listings.

Mr. Brown was previously a senior associate at law firms in Dubai and in New Zealand.  He also served as in-house counsel and within the regulatory team at the New Zealand Stock Exchange.
