Paul Bennett IV* focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, advising boards of directors and private equity sponsors on a range of governance and related issues. He manages mergers and acquisitions transactions across a number of industries, representing private equity sponsors and public and private companies in connection with acquisitions and sales in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, banking, asset management and chemical manufacturing industries.

Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Bennett was an associate at another major international firm.
