Barbara Cronin

Barbara Cronin* is an Irish qualified lawyer based in Dechert's Boston office. Her expertise includes advising on matters both transactional and regulatory relating to the asset management, investment funds, financial services and corporate commercial sectors. Ms. Cronin advises on the establishment, regulation and cross border marketing of investment funds including UCITS and non-UCITS. She previously worked as a securities lending administrator in the asset management industry with leading global banks in both London and Dublin.

Ms. Cronin is a representative of the Irish Funds North America Distribution Working Group.
