Brandon E. Carter focuses his practice on corporate and securities matters. Mr. Carter joined Dechert as a summer associate in 2020 and in 2021 earned his Juris Doctor from Howard University School of Law, where he served as the Executive Notes & Comments Editor of the Howard Human & Civil Rights Law Review.
Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Carter served as a legal intern at the Securities and Exchange Commission’s (SEC) Division of Enforcement. During his law school tenure, Mr. Carter served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Robert Rigsby of the District of Columbia Superior Court.
