David Chough focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Chough has experience representing public and privates companies, particularly SPACs.
Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Chough was an intern at Microsoft Corporation’s Corporate and External Legal Affairs department and an attorney in the New York office of an international law firm.
