Mandy Cheung focuses her practice on financial services and investment management matters, including advising fund managers on the formation and distribution of private equity and hedge funds. Ms. Cheung also advises financial institutions on regulatory matters including licensing, compliance and marketing of financial products, as well as transactions involving financial intermediaries in Hong Kong. Ms. Cheung is also experienced in advising on banking financing transactions and her clients include funds, borrowers, arrangers and trustees.

Ms. Cheung is recognized as a “notable practitioner” for Hong Kong Investment Funds and Private Equity by IFLR 1000 2019.

Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Cheung served as an associate at another international law firm.
