Tom Clarke is a corporate lawyer with a particular interest in the life sciences, healthcare, and insurance industries. Mr. Clarke focuses on private equity, M&A and investment transactions, as well as joint ventures, restructuring and reorganisations.

    • Bank Audi on the sale of its Egyptian subsidiary to First Abu Dhabi Bank.
    • Endless on the acquisition of Hovis, a leading UK-based bakery brand.
    • Peprotech Inc., a leading manufacturer of cytokines and antibodies for scientific application, in relation to various European corporate matters.
    • Cerberus Capital Management on the sale of Covis Pharma to Apollo Global Management.
    • AstraZeneca on the sale of its pharmaceutical facilities in Avonmouth and Reims to Avara.
    • AstraZeneca on the sale of the European commercial rights in the Seloken/Seloken ZOK and Logimax products to Recordati.
    • NuCana plc in respect of its Nasdaq IPO and subsequent capital raising activities.
    • Syncona on its Series A investment into OMass Therapeutics.
