
Daniel J. DeHelian, Ph.D. is a patent agent in the patent counseling and prosecution practice of Dechert’s intellectual property group. Dr. DeHelian has experience assisting clients with patent preparation and prosecution in both the U.S. and internationally.
Dr. DeHelian focuses his practice on the life sciences and biotechnology with significant experience in nucleic acid-based vaccines, therapeutic antibodies and novel therapeutic delivery systems. Prior to joining Dechert, he worked as a scientific advisor and patent agent with an IP boutique law firm in the Greater Philadelphia region.
