Laudine Daniel advises French and international companies on labor and employment matters, both collective or individual. Ms. Daniel also regularly assists clients with labor and employment litigation. Her work mainly covers issues concerning relations with employees’ representatives, the implementation of restructuring processes within groups of companies, working hours, and employment contract termination.

Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Daniel served as a labor and employment associate at two other international law firms.
