Michael El Gawly focuses his practice on corporate and securities matters, with a particular emphasis on acquisition finance, leveraged finance and general banking work. Mr. El Gawly has experience acting for financial institutions, private credit funds, private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers across a range of domestic and multi-jurisdictional acquisition and corporate lending transactions.
Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. El Gawly was an associate in the finance practice at another international law firm.
