Ruxandra Irina Esanu es asociada de Dechert en su oficina de París y centra su práctica en arbitraje internacional tanto de inversión y como comercial. Ha participado en más de 20 casos arbitraje internacional en los sectores de la construcción, petrolero, minero, de las telecomunicaciones e inmobiliario, en los que ha representado a Estados y entidades estatales. La Sra. Esanu tiene experiencia bajo los reglamentos del CIADI, la CCI y la CNUDMI, así como en procedimientos arbitrales ad hoc. La Sra. Esanu también ha actuado en representación de Estados en procedimientos de anulación bajo las reglas del CIADI.

Antes de unirse al equipo de Dechert, la Sra. Esanu realizó prácticas en las oficinas de Londres y París de dos reconocidos despachos de abogados y en la oficina de Bucarest de otro importante bufete. La Sra. Esanu también ha realizado una pasantía en la Segunda Sala de lo Civil del Tribunal de Casación francés.
