  • Voyetra Turtle Beach, the industry leader in video gaming headsets, in its stock-for-stock merger with Parametric Sound Corporation, a leading innovator of audio products and solutions, as well as the combined company’s subsequent follow-on offerings of US$45 million of common stock and other financing transactions.
  • Diffusion Pharmaceuticals, a clinical stage biotechnology company focused on the development of novel small molecule therapeutics for cancer, in its stock-for-stock merger with RestorGenex Corporation, a publicly traded biotechnology company.
  • CIFC Corp., a relative-value credit manager and investment adviser investing across collateralized loan obligations and other structured credit products, in its US$40 million offering of senior notes.
  • Lumara Health Inc. in the sale of its Women’s Health Product portfolio to Perrigo Company for US$82 million.
  • MyWebGrocer, a provider of digital grocery solutions, in its sale to HGGC, a middle-market private equity firm.
