Jack F. Foley

Jack F. Foley is an associate in Dechert’s securities and complex litigation group. His practice focuses on commercial litigation at both the trial and appellate levels. Mr. Foley’s experience includes litigation involving breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, First Amendment issues and administrative law.

Mr. Foley also maintains an active pro bono practice, including assisting in the representation of litigants with religious liberty issues.

During law school, Mr. Foley interned for Judge John K. Bush of the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and served as a law clerk to a U.S. senator on their Senate Judiciary Committee portfolio. He was also an articles editor for the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy.
