Kimberly Fetsick focuses her practice on antitrust and competition litigation.

Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Fetsick worked at an international law firm where her practice included litigating complex antitrust cases through multiple stages of litigation, from early dispositive motions to settlements, and she has experience managing discovery in large-scale and multidistrict litigations. Her prior experience also includes clerking for the Honorable Julie A. Manning at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the District of Connecticut and for Chief Justice F. Michael Kruse at the High Court of American Samoa.

    • International children’s rights – Represented sixteen children from ten different countries before the United Nations Committee on the Rights of the Child in a case alleging five nations’ failure to combat climate change violated their rights to life, culture, and health.
