Tobias Hugo is counsel in Dechert's Munich office and specializes in all aspects of corporate law. In particular, he advises national and international clients, including large corporations, financial investors and family offices on complex cross-border transactions; in recent years with a strong focus on the private equity and venture capital market. His expertise is also regularly sought in connection with corporate restructurings.
Before joining Dechert, Mr. Hugo was part of the corporate/merger and acquisitions practice group of a Magic Circle law firm in Munich for more than seven years.
