Conrad A. Johnson, IV focuses his practice on white collar and securities litigation matters. His experience includes conducting internal investigations and representing companies and individuals in connection with investigations by the Department of Justice, the Securities Exchange Commission, the CFTC, and state and local agencies.

Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Johnson completed a legal internship for the Honorable George B. Daniels of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. He was also a legal intern for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York, Criminal Division.

Mr. Johnson’s pro bono experience includes representations of an individual in an appeal of his criminal conviction in state court and of an indigent death row inmate in his post-conviction petition for relief.

Mr. Johnson was a Dechert summer associate in 2012.
