Nathan T. Jamieson focuses his practice on product liability and mass torts litigation. Mr. Jamieson has significant experience defending major companies across industry sectors in consumer class action lawsuits. His experience includes all facets of fact discovery, including depositions and subsequent motions to compel, and dispositive motion practice, securing favorable rulings from both California federal and state courts.

Mr. Jamieson is a regular contributor to the product liability and mass torts group’s newsletter, Dechert Re:Torts.

Outside of product liability, Mr. Jamieson has experience defending companies entrenched in contentious labor and employment disputes and complex commercial litigation. Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Jamieson clerked for one year in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin and was an associate at a national law firm.
