
Jocelyn Kirsch is an associate in Dechert’s finance and real estate practice group. She focuses her practice on various matters pertaining to global finance and real estate, including loan origination, repurchase facilities, CMBS, and asset securitization.
Prior to Dechert, while in law school, Ms. Kirsch was a summer associate at an Atlanta based boutique law firm that specializes in real estate financing. Ms. Kirsch also worked with the Latin American Association, where she focused on advising U-Visa recipients. Prior to law school, Ms. Kirsch was a corporate paralegal at a large global law firm in New York, specializing in real estate financing.
Ms. Kirsch is also involved in pro bono matters pertaining to immigration law, voting rights litigation and international law.
