Matthew Keehn focuses his practice on assisting clients in the structuring and establishment of private investment funds, including work on open- and closed-end funds across a range of structures and domiciles.  Mr. Keehn specializes in the structuring, setup, and compliance of private funds, particularly private credit, private equity and hedge funds.  Mr. Keehn also works closely with Dechert LLP’s international private funds team, including having completed a secondment in London to further enhance his knowledge of global fund formation matters and continues to work on global structures including Luxembourgish and Irish domiciled vehicles.

Mr. Keehn joined Dechert as a summer associate in 2016, and previously completed an externship with the Honorable Judge David J. Novak, Federal Magistrate Judge in Richmond Virginia, at the United States District Court in the Eastern District of Virginia.
