Paul C. Kingsbery focuses his practice on white collar and securities litigation. Mr. Kingsbery represents and advises corporate and individual clients in connection with federal and state criminal investigations, SEC enforcement investigations, internal investigations, M&A litigation, shareholder derivative litigation, and regulatory compliance matters.

Mr. Kingsbery maintains an active pro bono practice and is an appointed member of the firm’s Associates Committee. In that capacity, he serves as a conduit for communication between associates and the firm.
