Carter Lockwood focuses his practice on global finance matters, including collateralized loan obligation (CLO) transactions, leveraged loan warehouse facilities, and other asset-backed finance and securitization transactions.

Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Lockwood was an associate in the finance group in the New York office of a large international law firm.
