Erin M. Lett focuses her practice on capital markets and general corporate matters, including the representation of issuers and investment banks in public and private securities transactions, advising clients on the formation and structuring of investment advisers and funds, and the representation of financial services companies in corporate transactions. As part of her practice, Ms. Lett advises on a full range of general corporate matters, including corporate governance and the preparation of annual and quarterly reports and proxy statements.
