Sarah Lyons is an associate in Dechert’s Trial, Investigations & Securities Group. Ms. Lyons handles complex civil litigation matters in federal and state courts, employment and commercial arbitrations, and mediations. She also represents companies and individuals being investigated by governmental entities. She serves clients across a variety of industries, including the technology, finance, media and public contracting sectors.

Ms. Lyons maintains an active pro bono practice. Her pro bono experience includes representing a trafficking victim in a civil lawsuit arising under the Trafficking Victim’s Protection Act and representing unaccompanied migrant children in immigration proceedings. 

Ms. Lyons is active in Dechert’s Global Women’s Initiative and has participated in Dechert’s Day of Service planning committee. She joined Dechert as a summer associate in 2012.
