Xavier Leroux focuses his practice on private equity, venture capital and M&A transactions in France and abroad. Mr. Leroux is particularly experienced in the venture capital and capital development industries, in which he assists French and foreign investors (specifically institutional and corporate venture funds) in their investment and divestment transactions. He also regularly assists innovative companies regarding their growth and equity financing operations, including their exit.

Mr. Leroux is also experienced in advising on private equity transactions in which he regularly acts alongside sponsors in their minority or majority investments, as well as in the sale of their portfolio companies.
