Mr. Maibohm assists clients from the banking, finance and real estate industries in high-profile matters relating to Dodd Frank Risk Retention Rules, distressed loans, distressed assets, and the origination and acquisition of loans. His clients include Wells Fargo Bank, Bank of America, Goldman Sachs and Gramercy Property Trust.
