Geoffrey R. Maibohm focuses his practice on structured finance, advising on market trends, inter-lender arrangements, regulatory matters, securitization and other asset backed transactional work. Mr. Maibohm assists clients from the banking, finance and real estate industries in high-profile matters relating to Dodd Frank Risk Retention Rules, distressed loans, distressed assets, and the origination and acquisition of loans.
