Morgane Morey focuses her practice on life sciences regulatory and dispute resolution matters. She assists pharmaceutical, medical devices, biotech and cosmetic companies as well as significant players in other highly regulated industries.

Ms. Morey has experience advising clients on issues occurring throughout the entire health products life cycle, including products qualification, clinical trial, marketing authorization/ early access programs, market access, information/ promotion (including online), anti-corruption systems (anti kick-back/ transparency), crisis management/ inspections and penalties. It is then frequent for her to liaise with the French regulatory authorities. In addition, she represents clients on commercial and product liability issues.

Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Morey served as an associate in the litigation and regulatory department of another leading international law firm in Paris where she focused on matters in the life sciences industry.
