Nidal Makhoul has gained sound experience over nine years of practice in the UAE and in Lebanon. His experience covers several areas of law including transactions and restructuring, corporate, intellectual property, employment, litigation and regulatory compliance. He is a member of the firm's corporate and securities team and is regularly involved in negotiating corporate transactions, drafting agreements and restructuring of corporate entities. Such transactions are related to different sectors such as life sciences, healthcare services, travel and tourism, construction, engineering and other sectors. He has knowledge in incorporating different types of entities in the UAE (mainland and free zones), and deals frequently with federal and local authorities.
