Roger Mulvihill is a former partner of the corporate and securities group who previously served on Dechert’s Policy Committee. Mr. Mulvihill has represented a wide variety of private equity fund sponsors and principals in fund formation matters, including buyout and venture funds, mezzanine funds, SBICs, and the like.

Mr. Mulvihill was a participating author of “Legal Aspects of Corporate Divestitures,” Handbook for Raising Capital (Dow-Jones, Irwin), and he lectured on creative financing at the Practising Law Institute and on mergers and acquisitions at conferences sponsored by New York University and the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and at the Eastern Mergers and Acquisitions Conference and the Institute for Private Investors: Private Investment Funds. He has also represented a wide variety of investors and issuers in financing and investment transactions, including mature and emerging companies, financial institutions, and investment banking concerns. Mr. Mulvihill has held a variety of positions in local government.
