Nathalie Noura is an associate in Dechert’s corporate group. Ms. Noura advises private companies, public companies and financial sponsor clients on a range of complex private equity and corporate matters, including public and private mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Noura has experience working on a variety of corporate transactions in the Middle East.

Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Noura practiced law in Beirut, Lebanon where she focused her practice on general corporate matters including corporate governance, corporate transactions, and commercial contracts.
