Yi Jia Ng focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Ng has significant experience working with public and private companies on cross-border acquisitions, sales, joint ventures and fund raisings. 

Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Ng was an associate in the Singapore office of an international law firm.
