
Ariel M. Olson focuses her practice on finance and real estate, including structured finance and securitization. Ms. Olson represents issuers, collateral managers and mortgage loan sellers in connection with public and private commercial mortgage-backed securitizations, commercial real estate collateralized loan obligation transactions, as well as post-securitization asset and transaction management.
During her studies, Ms. Olson was published in the Emory Law Journal and distinguished as Outstanding Managing Editor (2017-2018) of the same.
Ms. Olson was a Dechert summer associate in 2017.
