Lillian Okamuro focuses her practice on litigation, specializing in antitrust and competition matters. She counsels clients in a wide variety of industries, including transportation, technology services, retail, and manufacturing. 

Prior to joining the firm, she was a summer law intern at the Department of Justice's Antitrust Division. Ms. Okamuro also maintains an active pro bono practice with a focus on immigration rights cases.

  • Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers, the world's largest industrial equipment auctioneer, in its US$758.5 million acquisition of IronPlanet, a competing marketplace for heavy industrial equipment. The transaction received unconditional clearance from the Department of Justice, following the issuance of a second request. 
  • Advised a leading U.S. airline through regulatory proceedings before the U.S. Department of Transportation in connection with applications for antitrust immunity regarding joint business agreements with international partners.
