Eleanor Pike focuses her practice on white collar crime and complex commercial litigation, with a focus on investigating and defending matters involving fraud, bribery and money laundering. 

Ms. Pike advises both organizations and individuals on internal investigations and prosecutions undertaken by authorities and regulators, such as the Serious Fraud Office and the United States Department of Justice. In March 2020, Ms. Pike was part of the team awarded “Investigation Team of the Year” at the C5 Women in Compliance Awards for Dechert’s work on the Airbus investigation.

Ms. Pike has also acted on a number of pro bono matters, including assisting an international human rights organization on its project analyzing legislative reform regarding the rights of the LGBTQ community and marginalized groups.

  • A senior executive prosecuted by the Serious Fraud Office in a bribery and corruption trial.
  • Airbus SE in a global investigation into allegations of fraud, bribery and corruption, and subsequent coordinated settlements with the UK Serious Fraud Office, French Parquet National Financier, U.S. Department of Justice and U.S. Department of State.
