Gregory Renick, an associate in Dechert’s global finance practice, focuses his practice on securitization transactions, complex real estate finance and capital markets. He represents issuers, underwriters, government-sponsored enterprises, mortgage loan sellers, depositors and investors in connection with public and private commercial mortgage-backed securitizations and commercial real estate CLOs. He also has experience advising clients with respect to single-family rental securitizations and non-performing real estate debt obligations.

Mr. Renick is an active participant in industry trade organizations such as the CRE Finance Council (CREFC) and is also a contributor to Dechert’s finance and real estate blog, Crunched Credit
