Dr. Kristen Renberg focuses her practice on corporate and securities matters. Dr. Renberg represents a diverse range of clients, including issuers and underwriters, in all aspects of corporate and securities law, with a particular focus on financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, securities regulation, public and private offerings, and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Dechert, Dr. Renberg earned a Ph.D. in Political Science from Duke University. Dr. Renberg also served as a research assistant on President Biden’s Commission on the U.S. Supreme Court. Dr. Renberg is admitted in the state of Pennsylvania only; she is not admitted in North Carolina.
