Michael M. Rosenberg focuses his practice on commercial litigation matters. His experience includes advising and representing clients in governmental investigations, consumer class actions, and privacy and data protection matters.

Mr. Rosenberg maintains an active pro bono practice, having represented individuals in various civil and criminal contexts. For example, he secured a settlement in Queens housing court for an individual facing eviction for late payments, and for a playwright alleging a breach of contract in state court. Mr. Rosenberg also actively participates in the Justice Resource Center’s MENTOR program, through which he coaches the Mock Trial team of the High School of American Studies at Lehman College in the Bronx.

Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Rosenberg completed a legal internship for the Honorable Reggie Walton of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. Mr. Rosenberg was a Dechert summer associate in 2011.
